When Tracie Met Paul Weller: A Classic Album Special!


This Saturday, there's a special edition of The Classic Album with Tracie Young on The Saturday Show, as Tracie features Sound Affects by The Jam, and speaks to Paul Weller.

Tracie and Paul go back to the early eightes when he placed an ad in Smash Hits for a new singer. Tracie went on to sing backing vocals on hits by The Jam and The Style Council, as well has having her own hits, including a top ten single with 'The House That Jack Built' on Paul's Respond record label.

Tracie's been to see Paul to talk about Sound Affects. You can hear tracks from the album through the Saturday Show this weekend from 10am to 2pm, and hear Tracie talking to Paul about the album, it's influences, and it's legacy.
