Universal Music Publishing Group has confirmed the renewal and extension of its worldwide agreement with U.K. rock artist Paul Weller, covering his entire back catalog as a solo artist and with the Jam and the Style Council, as well as his future output.

Universal Music Publishing will continue to administer all of the work that Paul Weller has released to date alongside any new recordings.

"Paul Weller remains one of the U.K.'s most talented songwriters and has a truly magnificent canon of work to his name," said Paul Connolly, president of Europe and U.K., Universal Music Publishing Group, in a statement. "He has consistently delivered quality songwriting and shows no sign of slowing down with his most recent material sounding as fresh and vital as it has been throughout his long and illustrious career."

Weller was awarded the BRIT Award for best male solo artist in February.
